Using artificial lures is one of the most popular fishing techniques, apart from fishing with live bait or dead fish. It allows for spectacular and, what is more important, effective fishing for predators, which always show interest at the sight of an attractive-looking, moving lure, so we can count on frequent bites and really big ones. In order to fully use the possibilities this type of fishing gives us, it is worth to choose the most suitable lure, especially considering the species of fish we want to catch. If we know, that in the fishery we are going to, there is the biggest number of pikes, we have to have such lures with us, which will turn out to be the most effective. The same goes for perch and zander. Speaking of artificial lures, wobblers are highly valued and often chosen by the growing number of angling enthusiasts. The secret of the success of this small, but extremely effective lure lies in its specific construction, attractive colouring and incredible agility in water. Wobblers, regardless of their size, resemble small baitfish, i.e. small fish that constitute a perfect food for bigger and hungry, especially in autumn, predators. Their biggest advantage is that they are extremely flexible and pliable, unlike, for example, metal spinners. Wobblers are usually made of rubber, but gel ones are also popular. These materials are extremely durable in water, in addition, they attract predators with their bright color, which makes them visible from a distance.
